1 Toss the cottage cheese, vanilla, and maple syrup into a blender or food processor. Blend until silky smooth.
2 In a large mixing bowl, stir together the HAPI protein powder, almond flour, and salt.
3 Pour the blended mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything comes together in a doughy dream. Fold in chocolate chips (or whatever makes you HAPI—nuts, sprinkles, you name it).
4 Serve with a spoon, in mini bowls, or get cute and scoop it into cones!
