1 These are so simple! Just mix protein powder and pancake mix, then stir in water.
2 Spray a pan with cooking spray, place stove to medium heat, then add 1/3 of the mixture to the pan. When you see bubbles, flip and cook until golden brown.
3 This made 3 pancakes for me, which is 1 serving.
