What you'll need:
- 1 vanilla non fat Greek yogurt (150g- I used Two Good)
- 1/2 scoop (17g) vanilla protein powder (I used HAPI)
- 21g (2 tbsp) whipped cream cheese
- 8g (1 tbsp) SF cheesecake pudding mix
- 3 Mission Zero Net Carbs tortillas
- 85g sugar free apple pie filling
- Zero calorie sweetener & cinnamon
How to make:
Cheesecake filling- Combine yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder & pudding powder. Mix completely.
Shells- lightly spray both sides of the tortillas with cooking spray then sprinkle with cinnamon & zero calorie sweetener. Use an upside muffin pan and wedge the tortillas between the cups to form a taco shell. Bake on 400 for 8-10 minutes. They’ll be lightly browned and crispy when done.
Distribute cheesecake mix between the 3 shells, then top with apple pie filling. (I only made 2 in the video, but recipe makes 3)
