Apple Cheesecake Tacos

What you'll need:

  • 1 vanilla non fat Greek yogurt (150g- I used Two Good)
  • 1/2 scoop (17g) vanilla protein powder (I used HAPI)
  • 21g (2 tbsp) whipped cream cheese
  • 8g (1 tbsp) SF cheesecake pudding mix
  • 3 Mission Zero Net Carbs tortillas
  • 85g sugar free apple pie filling
  • Zero calorie sweetener & cinnamon

How to make:

Cheesecake filling- Combine yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder & pudding powder. Mix completely.

Shells- lightly spray both sides of the tortillas with cooking spray then sprinkle with cinnamon & zero calorie sweetener. Use an upside muffin pan and wedge the tortillas between the cups to form a taco shell. Bake on 400 for 8-10 minutes. They’ll be lightly browned and crispy when done.

Distribute cheesecake mix between the 3 shells, then top with apple pie filling. (I only made 2 in the video, but recipe makes 3)
