Only 3 ingredients and 39g of protein!
- 1/2 cup (65g) Premier Protein pancake mix
- 1 scoop (34g) protein powder (I use HAPI)
- 1/3 cup water
These are so simple! Just mix protein powder and pancake mix, then stir in water.
Spray a pan with cooking spray, place stove to medium heat, then add 1/3 of the mixture to the pan. When you see bubbles, flip and cook until golden brown.
This made 3 pancakes for me, which is 1 serving.
