Reese’s Protein Cups

You’ll need:

  • 45g (1/2 cup) PB Fit - powdered peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used HAPI)
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) sf syrup
  • 21g (3 tbsp) mini chocolate chips
  • *Cooking spray and all purpose flour

How to make:

Combine protein powder and PB Fit. Next mix in sf syrup. It’ll take lots of mixing, I found better success using my hands to work all ingredients together.

Dust hands with all purpose flour to avoid sticking. Weigh the peanut butter mixture, then divided into 3 equal parts. Mine were roughly 37g each. I also dusted each with flour (again to avoid my hands sticking to them) and shaped into ovals. Place in freezer for 5-10 minutes to firm.

Spray a microwave safe dish with cooking spray and melt chocolate chips. Cover each oval evenly with melted chocolate, then refrigerate until ready to eat.

Mixture makes 3 pb cups
