Directions
1 Combine oats with dry ingredients then mix in water, pumpkin, and egg whites. Pour mixture into a microwave safe dish sprayed with cooking spray, then microwave for 3-4 minutes. Mine was done in 3:15. When it’s done, it’ll have a cake like texture.
2 For the icing, combine whipped cream cheese, protein powder and a splash of water. You can add more water for a less thick consistency.
3 Spread icing over oat bake and add a sprinkle of cinnamon. I like to drizzle some sugar free syrup on top as well.
4 These are prep friendly and reheat well.
